A great buy.

I took advantage of the holiday discount to buy this set after seeing other positive reviews, and wish to add my own. These candles all have a great, natural-smelling fragrance. My favourite so far is - and I surprise myself by saying this - baby powder, for its comforting smell - followed closely by Linen, but all of them are so good. I wouldn’t be able to rank the rest because there is no ‘least favourite’. I am very pleased I bought them. Thank you!

The Christmas scents were such a hit in our home I decided to try the “Clean Series” I bought the full collection because of the price, and since I was happy with the seasonal scents. These all smell “clean” but in very different styles from one another. I adore “Linen” and “Soap”, but they are all wonderful!

Instructions for Use & Scent Information

1. First Burn: Burn your candle for 1-2 hours on the first use to ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the jar. This helps prevent "tunneling" and allows for an even burn. 2. Recommended Lighter: To safely light your candle all the way down to the bottom, we recommend using a long-tipped lighter, such as a barbecue-style lighter. 3. Small Flame Fix: If the flame becomes small, extinguish the candle, remove any excess wax, and wait for the wax to harden before relighting. Be careful, as the wax and container will be hot. 4. Safety: Always burn your candle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it away from flammable objects and never leave it unattended. Ensure the candle is out of reach of pets and children. 5. Burning Time: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at one time to avoid overheating the container. Scent Information: Our essential oil candles are made with 100% plant derived essential oils that we use to make our own original essential oil blends for the scents in the candles. We also have synthetic fragrances in a variety of scents. In general the essential oil candles are a softer, more natural type of scent. Our fragrance oil candles are generally stronger scents and more exotic smelling. If you are sensitive to scents we recommend considering our essential oil candles! Small candles tend to create a smaller wax pool and have a more subtle scent. They are perfect for small spaces or those who prefer a lighter fragrance. Larger candles create a wider wax pool when burning, which allows more fragrance to be released into the air. We recommend larger candles for customers who enjoy stronger, more noticeable scents or are using them in larger spaces and are also looking for the additional value of the added burn time.

The sweet comfort of a home

After being settled in Japan for 3 months, I started being homesick. Although, I'm not from North America, autumn scents always make me feel at home. I craved that, in the middle of a hot steamy japanese summer. I waited and waited eagerly for these candles. I was the happiest when they arrived. It gave me such comfort as soon as I opened them. The candle that got me into candles! After seeing an ad last year aimed at foreigners in Japan (hello targeted ads lol) I decided to try this one out, and I’m so glad I did. I absolutely love all of the candles I've purchased here, but this is definitely one of my favorites! I can't eat sweets rught now but this is definitely making that a lot easier.
