After being settled in Japan for 3 months, I started being homesick. Although, I'm not from North America, autumn scents always make me feel at home. I craved that, in the middle of a hot steamy japanese summer. I waited and waited eagerly for these candles. I was the happiest when they arrived. It gave me such comfort as soon as I opened them. The fragrance is strong and yet so soft. It feels nostalgic, in a very good way. I miss my french home, but these candles brighten up my days. Thank you so much <3

I’ve been living in Japan for almost ten years now and could never find candles that smell like fall in my home country, namely pumpkin spice and apple cider. These candles were exactly what I was looking for! Even without lighting them, my apartment is filled with the sweet and spicy warm scents of autumn. I’m so glad I came across these candles and this lovely small business!
All of the scents are amazing and smell absolutely delicious it's hard to pick a favourite. I ordered the large size (tin), the burn is even and the scents are strong enough to carry through the entire 2-storey house, which is truly something rare in Japan.
This is my second time ordering from North Candles and I am, yet again, very impressed with both the quality and the scent range of their candles.
These smell just like being home for Thanksgiving! For real, they smell good enough to eat.
Shipping to Tokyo was fast and everything was thoughtfully packaged.
Can't wait to try some of the other scents!
